Must remember

Never, never NEVER never NEVER never ever ask a customer if they are well.

Just don't do it.

I saw your blog on Moonroot's page! But in reference to this post - no, never a good idea. I find we either get contempt or a life story.

However, I've gotten to say "Have a nice day!" which receives the mandatory answer "Ugh. What's nice about it?"
